Welcome to Foundation! I am so excited that you have taken this step towards developing strong and supportive ab muscles and core. With this program, I hope to equip you with the tools you need for long term success and enable you maintain a stable and supportive core to maximize your physical health and overall well-being.

Program Materials
After this section of text, you will see the video library with the program video workouts divided by week. At the top left corner, you will see two tabs: On Demand & Resources. The On Demand tab houses all the videos, while the Resources tab is were you will find all of the program PDFs. You can download these to your own device to reference as desired.
You will find a program calendar which outlines the entire 4 weeks of workouts and an equipment guide. Remember, the only required equipment for this program is a Pilates ball, so I linked the one I use on there, but I also included some information on dumbbells if you are interested in these and my suggestion for great mats if that is something you are interested in purchasing for your home workout set up.

Overview of the Program
This program will help you not only develop strength in your core, abs, and obliques, but also understand unique ways to challenge your core after the program is over. Foundation consists of 3 fully-guided workouts per week averaging around 20 minutes each. These efficient and effective workouts can be done in conjunction with your regular workouts or as a standalone, and the intensity of the workouts is easily modifiable to meet you where your fitness level is at. During each workout, I give detailed instructions about the goals and form of each move and ways to increase or decrease the difficulty according to your own personal needs, so this program can be effective for all levels of core strength, whether beginning or more experienced.
