The Move Better, Feel Better Program is designed strategically to give you the tools for long term success. I first chose the workout categories that I recommend to anyone who wants to workout regularly, with full body workouts comprising at least 2-3 of the workouts each week.

The program will come with a calendar so you can see how each workout fits into the bigger picture and the category each workout falls into.

It was important to me to also include mindset tips because I didn’t want this program to be something that only helps you in the moment - I want to give you the tools for long term success.

Recovery between exercise sessions is important to help your body repair and strengthen itself in response to the challenge of the workout, and stretching is a big part of recovery, so I planned a longer stretch session for each week of the program.

Months and months of planning, designing, programing, filming, and organizing have gone into this program in hopes of setting you up for complete success.

Who is this program for?

This program is for all fitness levels! For beginners looking for guidance, for fitness pro’s looking for variety or wanting a change from their old routine, and for anyone in between. 

What is included in this program?

This is a four week program that includes weekly guided workouts, a deep stretch, mindset tips for long term success, and a calendar that places each workout into categories.

How do I access the program after purchase?

You can find the program right on the Fitness Momness App. Once you download the app, navigate to the Programs tab along the bottom of the home screen, and you will see the Move Better, Feel Better program image. When you click on it and see the program page, you will have access to all the PDF resources and program videos sorted by week.

What will I learn during this program?

You will learn new moves, combos, workout styles, and grow in your understanding of muscle groups. You can repeat this program as often as you like or take what you learn and start piecing together your own workouts. I will also include information on the importance of N.E.A.T. (non exercise activity thermogenesis) and share weekly mindset tips to set you up for long term success. 

When do I start this 4 week program?

Start ANYTIME. This program has a day 1 and you decide when that is. You don’t have to wait for Monday, for a new month, or a new year.  This is the beauty of an online program. It can cater to your schedule and you can implement it in the way that works best for your lifestyle.
