The Move Better, Feel Better Program is designed strategically to give you the tools for long term success. I first chose the workout categories that I recommend to anyone who wants to workout regularly, with full body workouts comprising at least 2-3 of the workouts each week. In it’s entirety, this program includes 20 different full length workout videos, 4 mindset videos, and a video explaining how we will implement the concept of Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (we’ll call it N.E.A.T) throughout the program.
The program is broken down into 4 individual weeks with a repeating rhythm, and it comes with a calendar, so you can see how each workout fits into the bigger picture. I strategically selected the workout sequence to help you create a well-rounded fitness routine, with full body workouts comprising at least 2-3 workouts each week.
The beauty of an individual program is that you can take it at your own pace. Especially when starting a fitness routine, it is important not begin at a pace which will soon become overwhelming to you. Remember, I want to set you up for long term success, and the best way to do this is do what is manageable for you at first and grow into a higher frequency of workout.
